If your bike has been stolen, please report it to the police immediately. In this report, there should be the data's of your bike (frame number, key number) and the circumstances of the theft - if it was locked to a fixed point or within a closed room, it must be reported.
Please ask for a complete copy of the police report OR "attestation de vol" - file number is not enough for the insurance- and send it to the insurance and to us in copy. We will take care of the file when coming back.
Pleas then book an appoitnment to bring us the keys of the bike in person - not in the letter box. We will send them to the insurance to complete the file.
